The Annunciation Maternity Home (AMH) is a free, full service home for young women and teens experiencing a crisis pregnancy. Founded in 2001, the mission of Annunciation Maternity Homeis to provide women and teens in crisis pregnancies, and their children, with housing, educational opportunities, and access to health services to empower them in their journey towards independence.
Located on 22.98 acres near Georgetown in Williamson County, Annunciation is licensed to assist up to 31 young women, and their children, during pregnancy and up to two years after the birth of her baby. While enrolled in the AMH program, clients can access free housing, the on-campus University of Texas Charter School for continuing high school education, post-secondary education, medical care, transportation, life skills classes, counseling, and job assistance. The home is staffed by caring professionals who are advised by a knowledgeable and caring Board of Directors. We make no religious demands on those who come to us for help.
The goal of AMH is to empower our clients with the education, skills, and hope needed to become independent, self-sufficient individuals and good parents.
